My sisters and I enjoyed our day in the charming streets of New Bern NC, a hidden gem nestled along the banks of the Trent and Neuse Rivers. Traveling doesn't have to be an island, a cruise or an all inclusive. There are plenty of local areas with plenty of charm and experience. Our first stop was this quaint country style resturant called the The Country Biscuit . Oh my goodness!! The food was great and the sanitation grade was a 96. Of course we met sweet Ms. Cynthia the manager. She came right over to the table sat down and boy did she conversate. We laughed and talk with her just like we had known her forever. You have to try it if you are ever in Newbern. We visited the Farmer's Market with plenty of items to choose from.
